The Good, Bad, and Ugly

THE GOOD |
Amen and hallelujah !!!!!!!!!!!! The adventure is about to begin! Didn’t you guys just love the scene where Luke told Laura that Lucky is alive? The look on her face was priceless. Genie Francis once again proved what a truly remarkable talent she is when given the chance. It was like the old magic was back and I was seeing something I have wanted to see for a long time. Luke and Laura back together. Yeah yeah I know, I’m really fantasizing now but wouldn’t it be great? C’mon guys there can’t be many of you out there that really want to see her with Count Baklava. (Baklava, lol, that one cracked me up) He is a control freak and has no idea what Laura is all about.
Of course the icing on the cake was when Vlad came to tell Laura that Lucky is alive and of course then had to admit he didn’t know where Lucky was and (I was waiting for this all week) then she hauled off and slapped him. Actually I think a good close-fisted punch would have been even better (and I am not prone to violence) but I’ll take what I can get. Anytime anyone slaps the count around is ok with me. Now hopefully this is a segway to a fantastic adventure involving Luke and Laura bringing Lucky home. Notice I said Luke and Laura, the two of them, alone. If you are even thinking of involving the Flea in this one Bob, think again. This would be a very bad move, career wise I mean, of course. J
Speaking of the Flea, I know to some this may not be the correct category for this and to those who are fans of the flea I apologize, but … as far as I’m concerned it was one of the best scenes I’ve watched in a long time. I find it hard to believe that YOU were responsible in any way for this Bob, but if credit is due, then congrats to you. I mean, Mac had her dead to rites from the beginning with the crack about
"YEAH, WELL, SHE GOT HER WISH. HER ON-AGAIN/OFF-AGAIN MOTHER DECIDED TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE."
Then there was "
IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, MAC. MAC: NO, YOU'RE NOT IN LOVE WITH LUKE? YOU'RE NOT IN LOVE WITH LUKE? GO ON, FELICIA; LIE TO MY FACE AGAIN. NOBODY DOES IT BETTER."
Way to go Mac!!!! You made her squirm like a worm! You stood up for yourself and did what should have been done a while back. Maybe we really have gotten our old Mac back. When he walked out that door with suitcase in hand I wanted to hug him. On the other hand as Flea stood there making all those ridiculous facial contortions, all I wanted to do was kick her ass back to Texas; she’d fit right in with all the "bull" that’s out there.
I guess I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Chloe getting her eyesight back. So I’ve now mentioned it and I can go on to more important topics.
Well, I have one more scene and then I promise I will go on to the "
bad" Can you guess? Well of course, Sonny finds out about AJ burning down his warehouse, and confronting him with the proof. Oh yes, it’s been a terrific week. Bob, I must admit you did good this week and I’m really proud of you. When AJ signed that divorce decree and gave full custody to Carly I was jumping out of my chair and cheering. I got a kick out of the Q’s trying to listen at the door. They really looked funny, and all of them hearing something different.

THE BAD |
Actually the first three days of the week were pretty bad. I mean, being subjected to Chloe, Juan and Emily for any length of time is a test of what a true GH fan is. Is that what it was Bob a test? I admit I might have been a little harsh in my critique of Juan’s singing voice (And I use this term loosely). After careful consideration IMHO, he doesn’t have a bad voice, but I don’t see him up on stage accepting a Grammy anytime soon.
Carly having to tell Sonny that he is in violation of the restraining order. I really got the impression she didn’t enjoy doing that to Sonny at all.

Well needless to say my "FF" button got a real work out these first three days which I have spoke about. First of all these little romantic moments between Juan and Emily in her room, in her pajamas are not the greatest lessons for the teenagers out there. I realize they practiced restraint and this is good but this is not what I want to watch as a major story line. If you must show them Bob, take them out of the bedroom and into the recording studio. Oh Lord, I can’t believe I just said that. But it’s one of those lesser then two evil thingies. You guys know what I mean.
Well Vlad, you really screwed up big time didn’t you? It’s not bad enough you didn’t confide in Laura when you found out Lucky was alive but to keep it from her after you got him was really really stupid. If you would have swung by her house right away you would have ended up the hero. You could have proven that you didn’t have him all along and chances are she might have believed you. But being the control freak that you are, you had to set up the scenario to your benefit and as anyone could have predicted, it all blew up in your face. I must admit Guza I like the way this was done. I was really hoping Laura would see the light, so to speak, and dump the count so this was just perfect. There’s still the matter of a bony-ass blonde bimbo that needs a good kick in the ass. You up for that Laura?

THE UGLY |
Well, I guess it would have to be the Q’s behaving like the s.o.b’s that they are. Ed bullying Carly into going along with the restraining order by threatening to take Michael away from her. He yells at AJ about stressing Carly out, and in his even more sinister way he does the same thing. Then of course we do have AJ acting like the pompous ass that he is gloating about making Carly feel like a prisoner in her own home. Once again I found myself yelling at AJ and telling him what a jerk he really is. I haven’t mentioned Monica in all this and I just want everyone to know I agree with the majority who say "So where do you get off talking about your daughter-in-law being a slut?" Both you and Boobie come off with these self-righteous attitudes which you need to take and put somewhere where the sun don’t … yadda yadda yadda.

Carly leaving with Michael and moving in with Sonny. This should prove verrrrrrrryyyyyy interesting. I have heard that Sarah has signed on to stay with GH and if this is true, there are so many directions this could go in.
Hey Bob, do you have any idea which direction that would be?

Remember Bob, you have all those other really good writers, working for you.. take advantage of that. You know spring is just around the corner. Have you ever considered going to Florida for SPRING BREAK? I understand there are a lot of blonde bimbos that hang down there and isn’t that just your style? Think about it… What, you’re not packed yet?
